What countries do you deliver to?

We ship worldwide. Whether you're based in New Zealand or overseas, we can arrange delivery to your door. If you're unsure about your location, get in touch and we'll confirm shipping options.

How long will it take for my purchasee to arrive?

All of our pieces are made to order. Lead times typically range from 4–6 weeks depending on the product and finish, plus shipping. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate at the time of your order.

I'm based in NZ, can I pick up my purchase?

Yes — if you're local, you're welcome to collect your order directly from our Queenstown workshop which is located at 19 Margaret Place, Frankton, Queenstown 9300. We’ll let you know once it's ready and organise a time that suits.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

We stand by the quality of our work. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right. Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns — but we’ll always work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer customisations to products?

Absolutely. Most of our pieces can be customised — whether it’s size, finish, or design tweaks. Let us know what you’re after and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Can you make me something not listed on your website?

Yes — bespoke work is a big part of what we do. If you’ve got a concept, sketch or just a rough idea, flick it through to Focal and we’ll see how we can bring it to life.
